Returns
Return Window: Sneakout Worldwide offers a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after 5 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
If the item or its packaging is not returned in a re-saleable condition, Sneakout Worldwide reserves the right to reject the return.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
Return Process
Initiating a Return: To begin a return, customers must contact Sneakout Worldwide’s customer service team at returns@sneakout.co with their order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Sneakout Worldwide does not cover or refund return shipping expenses.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item’s safe return.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the guidelines above, and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the item to assess the damage and offer a replacement or refund based on our evaluation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Requesting a Cancellation: Customers may request a cancellation of their order prior to shipping. If Sneakout Worldwide receives a cancellation request before the order has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be promptly issued.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers should refer to the return policy for instructions on handling unwanted items.
Cancellation by Sneakout Worldwide
Right to Cancel: Sneakout Worldwide reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Restrictions on product availability. Errors in product details or pricing. Issues raised by our payment verification or fraud prevention processes.
Notification of Cancellation: In the event Sneakout Worldwide must cancel an order, customers will be informed as soon as possible. If any part of the order is cancelled or if additional information is needed to complete the order, Sneakout Worldwide will reach out to the customer directly.
Refunds for Cancellations: If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
